:)Just an idea that popped up in my mind and thought I should share it here. Though airsoft gun might not need it but for better melting in with the invironment, a cover for supppressor might be cool to have. What do you guys think?

I don't think personally that it would sell well. We have so many products that we use now that just doesn't seem viable.

1. Paint it
2. Camoform
3. Camo tape
4. Wrap that comes with guille suit
5. vinyl skins
6. Previous companies that make suppressor wraps which already includes airsoft companies for cheap mock replicas

Lots of them on the market already as well and we have to look at what 1tg colour template is at the time and would they be able to compete with companies that have licensed patterns of a multiple range.

In the real world they are used for suppressor mirage issues which doesn't happen with airsoft since no heat and in my time of playing I have seen like one person with one actually on their airsoft rifle. Usually people just use paint or camoform.

What about a suppressor cover for rifles but not airsoft guns? Cuz I've checked similar product on the market and so far the price of them are approximately $60~$80. But if we could control it under a good cost, it wouldnt need that much amount.

They are that expensive because they are using heat mitigating material. There is a heat mitigating layer between the nylon and the suppressor itself.

They range in price because there is the versions for bolt action and semi automatic rifles with a slower fire rate. You start getting into higher rate of fire like 5.56 fully auto then the covers go up in price because the materials have to mitigate more heat.

As mentioned before they are used to help mitigate heat mirage that comes off of the suppressors as they heat up and interfere with your sights/scopes when aiming along with IR signature. Mirage = when really hot outside or in a desert and you see the waviness that blurs and shifts.

The materials in between the nylon and suppressor depending on the round and if semi or automatic have to tolerate 800 degrees F and up.

I know magpul also makes a polymer version and a company in which I have some of their products which is MANTA for wire management and flashlight panel switches makes one as well. Even those are not suppose to exceed 100 rounds of rapid fire and then you have to account for titanium suppressors that is even less at roughly 50 rounds.

There is more then just a nylon/corduru wrap on the real steel suppressor.

Airsoft versions which is just a nylon wrap in different patterns runs around $20 usd.

If you are going for milsim sure but really when you can buy a roll of mcnett camoform for $15usd and wrap your whole rifle if you really want I just don't find it feasible and why I stated I have seen 1 for sure and possible an other in game but not to often. Most of the time they are just painted when they paint their whole rifle. Example my profile pic that is my whole rifle wrapped in camoform for airsoft and that is with a mock suppressor.

yes, we have this kind of material too, so it is not a problem for us. And we have thought about it before but not quite sure about the market volume at that time.

No idea on the market. Only some true in depth research and looking at factors could figure that out.

Some factors I could think of:

1. you vs competition already on the market
2. Not all countries allow suppressors to civilians
3. Hunters don't need this item really since I doubt they running around rapid firing to hunt animals with

Most I see use for it is people at the range since they could be unloading a magazine quickly be it rapid fire or fully automatic and it doesn't take much to heat up a suppressor or Military.

Military contracts are not easy to get from my understanding.

So that is just a bit of the factors I can think of and I am sure there a is a few more.
