Awww.. I just found this forum today and sad that I missed this opprotunity.. I've had this complaint (cold underside) about sleeping in hammocks for a while. I'm a 20+ year camping expert and outdoors man. I live in Colorado and love to find new places in my Jeep. Send stickers and I'll put them on my Jeep! Let me know if you want a field engineer for any product ideas. I'm an engineer and I'm quite creative.

If you want someone to test Winter gear, ping me.. I'm always out in sub-freezing weather with Boy Scouts and on my own.

good morning! I received the under-quilt 2 days ago and have a weekend planned 2 weeks from now. I have a business trip to Ireland coming up next, which pushed out the testing. The quality looks awesome and I love how light it is. I'll be mimicking a backpacking trip so weight will be a key factor.

Sorry this test took so long to complete, we are in full swing of summer so nights to use this product were hit and miss. The lowest temps I could get this product into were low 50'sF. Not only did me and my wife test this product but my daughter and my wife also did as well. I am naturally a hot sleeper, so with them testing also I know we got a 100% accurate test. And I must say we were all very happy with it.

For this testing we used the Eno Double Nest 2 person hammock (Eagle Nest Outfitters). The two products paired very well together, both being compact and light weight made for a backpacking set up. Temps never got low enough to use more than a camp blanket for our top layer and found no need for more than that.

A few nights we did have some breezy weather that could have made things a little chilly. but the material and layers did an exceptional job insulating and blocking the wind. I could not find any faults or things I would change about this product, this is a really solid design and construction. No complaints what so ever!

I do not own the single person version of this under quilt, so I can not do a comparison of both products. But I do have the storm bug cocoon and have used it in the under quilt conversion in winter temps and love it. I def could see a winter version of this under quilt working very well and a market being there. As a consumer me personally and my wife would be interested in a product like this. Great job Onetigris on another great product, and thank you for the chance to test another great product we enjoyed it very much!

I didn't find any issue with the size it was big enough for me and my wife when it spread out to cover our sides so no problems there, I would say just right. And when my daughter and wife used it ,they had more than enough room and coverage.
