SUSPENDED [Military] - Earmuff Molle Pouch

Hi there! Last day at the range when i was testing my mat i just realised i didnt have a nice molle pouch for my earmuffs and after looking on the internet, i didn't really find something like i would like to have so..... Here's my idea!

-NAME: Tactical Earmuffs Pouch

-MATERIAL: 1000D Nylon (offers durability, protection and you want it waterproof)

-COLOR OPTION: Black / Coyote Brown or Tan / Multicam Camo like all the 1T products!

-WHAT: A cordura/nylon pouch for folding earmuffs

-WHY: Useful for peoples who likes to shoot! (Even a lot or airsofter tend to use electronics muff!) Most of the time, earmuffs are in the bottom of the bag and not quickly accessible, with a Molle compatible system, it will ba fast and easy to get your earmuff or store them after a session or when you need to go look your target... A lot of shooters have a Molle Range bag and it would be awesome also with the Onetigris Shooting mat with molle webbing too! Could also be installed on a belt with the Molle strap!

-PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: I have made a quick skecth about my idea but i'll try to explain it the best i can! The dimension need to be added since i didn't have my earmuff with me when i got the idea...

Outside: The pouch itself is a mostly square nylon pouch with a clipped flap opening (like some 1TG products) On the front, i would add a little rectangular pocket to keep ID card or a little notebook in it (like the one Onetigris was giving away some time ago with orders, you could also add one with the order already in the pouch (this is useful because it on the outside of the bag or on the belt and quick to grab). I added a Velcro patch space on the flap because well... we all loves patches! On the side of the pouch my first idea was to make a shooting glasses /sunglasses pouch on one side and a tool pouch on the other but since Onetigris already make and sell Molle glasses pouch (The Onetigris Glasses Case 04 and 08 would both fit perfectly on the side.) and lots of gear pouches, i would add Molle webbing on both side (or at least one with molle webbing and a glasses pocket on the other). The other good thing with webbing is you can also put a flashlight, folding knife or multitool on it with the pocket clip and it will hold secure. Don't forget the two little draining hole on the bottom of the pouch main compartment!

Inside: The main compartment is a wide space for earmuffs with a little open (or closed) pouch on the side for back-up batteries (for electronic earmuffs) or earplugs storage.

Attach system: 2 Molle straps on the back with rows of Molle webbing to allow multiple configuration, like most of the Onetigris products. The main compartment flap use a Quick release buckle system.

Sounds like a cool idea but it depends on the size of the earmuffs and what brand you have. This might not be a universal fit for everybody.

This is the earmuff we sold before. The size is not so large I think as it has a compressable design.

I tested it in different pouches we have now and found they can match perfectly.

Do you have any pouch which can carry your earmuff?
Is there any specific functions which other pouches don't have?

I think most of my friends prefer "folding earmuffs" over "standard" so it's a beginning! I use the "walker slim razor" (Picture 1) and have also a "Beretta folding earmuff" (picture 2) for when friends come with me. One of my friends use "Peltor tactical 300 earmuff " (picture 3) and i think they would be the biggest one (once folded). Most of the folding earmuffs seems to be around the same "thickness", so pouch depth and height should be easy to set... I think it would be better to make it a little larger to fit a big model like Peltor tactical and smaller one will be easy to fit in. (I dont mind the extra space).
Most of the people prefer low profile earmuffs anyway since they tend to get in the way when you shoot a rifle.

Like i said on the main post, my first idea was to add a shooting glassessunglasses pouch on one side to allow carrying the earmuff and glasses in the same pouch (and have access to both of them quickly) but since Onetigris already sell "glasses molle pouch" it would be a nice idea to separate them (and sell more glasses pouch that way). Sure a "dump pouch" would work to put earmuffs in (that's what i'm using now) but i tought it would be nicer to have a "clipped earmuff pouch" (more secure) that is quickly accessible on the molle webbing of the range bag, on the belt or even on the molle of a shooting mat. You could even put it on the outside Molle of your favorite tactical rifle/shotgun case!

there are so many types of earmuffs in different sizes on the market, could be a problem to make a universal pouch for that. And some are sold with pouches. For better protection of earmuffs, I found there are hard shell case for different size that r made of hard EVA material.
