Film and TV Tech holsters

Hello Everyone,

I work as film and television technician in Canada. One of the hardest things to do is find a proper and easy way to store our gear on our person as we are working. If we are working on a shooting crew, we often have to run in with our gear and get something done quickly and quitely between shots. Or if you are on a rigging crew and are working up high in a lift, you need all of your tools/gear close by and safe so you don't drop them. A lot of the techs use over the shoulder gun holsters which look sloppy and is not all that practically. I would like to work with anyone that has incite into how we can create practical personal storage for gear and tools in the work place. Thanks!

I do have some drawing I will attach shortly. First, I will give you a list of tools I personally use. I will add links to websites for most of the big items. I will focus on shooting crew stuff first. Rigging is a whole other ballgame.

Rigging is a whole other ballgame.

We are not pro at this but we can try the pouches for these tools. I will check the list you attached and see if we can do or not.

So what you want is a vest/chest rig system to carry all these tools firmly and it's easy to access when you want to use them. Right?
