Bicycle has arrived and also managed to assembled the bike with the cargo rack... and added a new Velcro strap... much thicker than what I had anticipated from the start.

It took me all day after you posted that reply! Didn't thought it was going to arrive too ~early~... sorry for the long wait. But I'm also in the wait for this to arrive through the mail!

So what is this backpack for? Where will you use it on the bycicle?

I'm glad you asked...

It's used for a slick vest and it's supposed to hold a hydro-bladder. Though it can be used as a pack or backpack since I have this on the rack... there's no need for me to have that basket anymore. Added a black shoe lace to get a better hold of the pannier and straps to have it as a means to properly grip it.

Then how do you fix it on the back? With 2 straps under the panel?
I used 4, then I used the 2 long ones... I was better off with the two long straps. They seemed to work better than the small ones. I'm still in the process of experimenting with Velcro. I might try something magnetic.

I like to play around with magnets in my spare time.

What I posted in 201 using a thick piece of Velcro tape/strap worked, but those dandelions ruined it.

Okay sounds cool. Do you have another bicycle to test its compatibility? I mean if this set up can work on other bicycle? OR it can just used on this kind of structure?
