QUESTION About side-poll of SOLO Homestead

Hello, I'm user of SOLO Homestead,

In winter season, I pitched my tent in -12 degree. It was very hard to put side-poll. Cause of fabric shrink? Don't know why exactly. Anyway I've done but two poll was bent. Someone said, side poll is longer 2cm more than it needs, is it right?

Is there any easy way to put side-poll?

Hello Private, I believe you can contact customer service to get a replacement. Some of the side poles from this current batch are indeed 2cm longer than originally designed! Please email support@onetigris.com with your order number if you purchased your tent from the official site, or contact Amazon Customer Service if you bought it from Amazon :)
