You can tell by even that pic for the advert that the one row o the left isn't proper measurement. I hope they rectify that issue on the batch they make to send out to customers.
Dear Sir,

We need to ensure the inner size is 1.5", the spare part is for edge sewing.

Thanks,

Momo

I am sorry but that doesn't make sense what so ever since if the right side can be done properly why the left side can't be the same. All measurements if done properly lead to the panel being 6.5 " and we have already gone thru this before let alone the samples that I got along with Dean was the proper size. It is suppose to be 1.75" on first row, 1.5" then 1.5" and then 1.75". The one row has no need to be 2". You can see in the picture the one shown is 2", 1.5", 1.5" , 1.75" and there is no reason for it. 1.75 + 1.5 +1.5 +1.75 = 6.5". The back is 1.5 + 1 +1.5+1+1.5 = 6.5". There is no reason why one side can be sewn at 1.75 " and the other side at 2". It makes no sense at all when both front and back when measurements are done properly both = 6.5".

Now you just stated that you needed the spare part for the sewing of the 1.5" rows. That is fine as explained that both the left and right outer rows measure to 1.75 for that allowance and was done also so the back is proper. There is no reason that this panel should be over 6.5" which on the specs sheet for the listing say above!

Either it was rectified as discussed before and you use the bad sample for the advertising. That is why I am saying I am hoping that the ones being sent out are the ones that are being done proper to the specs they should be. Being 1.75" on the outer columns isn't an issue an understand you needed the sewing area which was in my original design. But 2" on the one outer row which as shown in the advertisement is unacceptable.

I am at the point that I don't know if you guys are even understanding what I am talking about.

What you showed in pic above is 1.75 and proper and hopefully both left and right sides are the same.

We understand what you are talking about. Customers will get the same as you and Dean got.

Thanks
