Whether or not they have been a part of the OneTigris Gear Testing Program before?
No. I didn't test your gear before.

Let me introduce my self....ever since I can remember I have loved the great outdoors. Living in North Wales, I am spoilt with amazing mountains and coast lines to explore and use. My interests include Bushcraft, Survival, Kayaking and Hiking. I have also been a Army Cadet Force instructor which I had years of fun, excitement and satisfaction.

I want to test this gear because.....I feel this is a fantastic product which is very versatile. I have 16 acres of mixed woodland that I’m lucky enough to have a camp set up. This product would be a fantastic edition to my camp and also is the perfect item to take to many other camps I go to.

How will you test the product(s)?....I will use and test this product regularly either in the woodland I use or whilst going to other camps and meet ups around the uk. I will use it monthly and document it along the way.

I will make a review video and take some awesome pics...this will be tested and reviewed through YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter

Name: The Bunker Tarp Tent

This looks a truly awesome product and wish you every success with it 👍🏻

Yup I have tested 1TG products before and use some daily.
Maybe I sould be honest and just say I NEED THIS SHELTER 😁
I’m preparing a trip to Southern Africa in December and new law in Botswana require one to have a shelter when sleeping outside (as to just having a bed-roll) because too many tourists have “met” hyena while sleeping. This shelter will be awesome on the trip down the Okavango.
Testing by using is my motto and naturally pictures go with any adventure 😜
It would be interesting to see how the trip-guides react to this shelter and what fellow adventurers think of it too.

About a name: may I give it an African name?

Name: The BUNKER! (yeah i know, it's an awesome name for an awesome product!)
Preferred color: Multicam, coyote brown, tan, od green and black! (In this order, but looks like this one is available in coyote brown only)
Size: Big enough! (see main post for dimensions!) XX adult/XX kids (unit of measure to be determined when i'll test it)
Been in a part of the OneTigris Gear Testing Program before?
Yeah and i really enjoy making all these reviews! Been a while since my last review! :)
Product Testing Style:
Full review of the products, great pictures, pros and cons, what i would change/improve.
Why i want to test it?
I was looking for this kind of shelter for a while, and it's look like this one would be perfect for my need! (Size, color, mosquito net, everything!) As a prepper/survivalist, i need a quick and easy to install/remove system, low profile for my bugout/get home bag that will take not a lot of space in my car's trunk. I'm gonna test it alone, and see how much kids i can put inside I'm gonna test the watertighness of it (lots of rain here and if it's not raining, i'll grab the water hose!) because it's the most important feature of a shelter. Seams, velcro, loops and zipper verification, material qualtity ( pretty sure this 20D Silicon Coated Nylon Fabric will be excellent!) and probably buy another one (or even two) for all the family. Final goal is to setup a little "familly camp" in case of emergency (Shelter around a campfire)

My first comments is: Don't be greedy on the "stuff sack", give it a little space, most of the stuff sacks are too small to put the tent inside without a fight.

And for the name... you know the Bunker suit the product very well, because it's an all season shelter that will protect you from all the elements! The first picture look like a real bunker entrance! :)

Have a nice day! :)

Part of the testing program: Yes I have tested several products and was fortunate to co-design a product with OneTigris.
How I will test: I have several hammocks and some bug screen shelters that would work very well with this tarp. If it serves its function it could be a valuable piece of kit for the adventurer that uses different types of shelter. As a stand alone item it would fit well in any survival kit. I will do a complete review and post pictures within the community. As well I can share via my social channels. As winter has started to set in here, I could provide som runout for cold weather set up.
Name: Eclipse seems to be an appropriate name !

I've not tested your gear before, but would love to be chosen for this as I'm out every weekend wild camping around Scotland. 'Nitelight tarp' I think sounds pretty good as I'd be out testing it in Scotland and as winter is here it's gonna be looking like it's night time due to the early dark nights. Once illuminated with a light it will make a pretty awesome video along with a roaring fire and some campfire cooking. It rains a lot here so it would be great test of its waterproof qualities, and with any luck we will also get some snow. I'd be making a cool video and also take some excellent photos which I'd also promote and review on my you tube channel, Facebook and instagram👍 Ive just won the second week of your round the world competition so hopefully you'll be interested in sending me a product to test and review. 🏕️https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCGPqqjhbSQNsKHVrARsvu-Q

Hello, my name is D. I have not been lucky enough to test anything from One Tigris. But I have been the proud owner of some of the gear, I have ten years of camping. I have never camped at the same location twice. I use One Tigris gear every day. I have the phone pouch, I use it every day, after 14 months I have had a zipper failure and need a new pouch. After 1500 cycles in 14 months I dunno if any zipper could hold forever. But I came and visited the site and saw there was a community, thought I would join.

I wanna test this tent because it looks light and portable, I camp, I overland, and I play hard, versatility looks promising for this tent. I work on land and water, I wanna see how this holds up.

as for a name first one that comes to mind is Latin word that means shelter “Tectum Tent” or “Tegimen Tent”

I would take plenty of pics for testing, if I have the time I would make a video, it will be tested for portability, weight, ease of use and timely setup, those are some of the things I favor for over landing.

Another name I thought of could be the “Argos tent” Argos being the many eyed giant that was all seeing in Greek mythology. And “seeing” that it is screened on both sides allowing a very open view!

Good Evening, My Name is Jason Grace.

I provide marketing services to medium and large retail outlets all across the United States, I've worked in all but 4 of the 50 States over the last 12 years.
I have been a lifelong outdoorsman, growing up tent camping and fishing was a way of life. Now having young kids I have had the great opportunity to share the outdoors with them.

I first learned of OneTigris while shopping on Amazon and I bought a harness for my German Shepherd being truly impressed by the customer service and attention to detail we purchased the Bulwark Tarp, then the Helmet bag, The Sniper Hydration bag, and just became an affiliate.

Over the last few years I have bought many bags from Tumi to Maxpedition and I can really appreciate the level of quality and craftsmanship that has been put into your brand.

So let's talk about this tent. What is it that people want in a shelter? Safe? Dry? Out of the elements? My first thought was the Compound, but that sounds heavy. I do like Bunker as mentioned above, but I feel that there is something more "agile" light and secure. I looked at the top selling models but they don't seem to have elaborate names.

(If it is both the tarp and the tent as pictured)

~R.A.S. Fly (Rapid Assembly Shelter)
~Kompound
~The Gunny

(if it is the tarp fly alone)

FireFly
SkyFly

These would be my choices.

Here is a photo of us testing out the Bulwark at the Michigan Bushcraft Spring Gathering.

Also I have a full studio with photography and video equipment, audio, lights, the whole kit. And with winter here we can take it out in the forest and get some great shots. A couple years ago we stayed in a tarp shelter, where the only thing we carried in the woods was a tarp, water, food and some basics (airshoft guns and fire starter). It was a great time.

I am a bit confused by the description and photo's provided. It states quantity 2 pieces but is this just the tarp or the tarp and the tent? The tarp alone would need a completely different name than everything that is pictured in the first product photograph.

Quantity is referring to how many they have for gear testing. They have two of these to allow two gear testers to keep and review
