Oh I missed that it was detachable...it is difficult to see on the pic...

I think it is up to you to decide how to go on with this. You guys want me to still continue with my input? As I mentioned earlier, this could become a range of products...

Yes definitely! I think riding is a huge market especially for now where most of people are paying more attention on health and eco friendly.

Do you think the size of the one we sent to u can fit most of bicycles in the market? We need to create like ONE FOR ALL.

It would fit 90% of the bikes here in the Netherlands.
To have a small surface to attach small pouches like the pics I’ve sent, this size is great. I do not know how bigger pouches will work on that size - this is up to you.

To make it better you might want to include some hooks (like on BigT’s dog collar). These would ideally fit on top of the carrier where you have the 4 grommets at the moment.

How's the back velcro strap? Is that sturdy enough for placing the panel on the pannier?

Rin, those straps can be more sturdy, but I recommend the user use cable-ties through the grommet holes AND tie the side “flaps” to the frame of the carrier.
It may be an idea to add velcro straps to the very ends of the pad.

Just for you Rin. I’ve used red cord to show where to connect the pad to the frame...
Woah! Seems pretty fit to the bicycle frame! I've seen some bicycle bags, they were single side attachable to the bicycle with four straps: two to the pannier edge and two to the frame
