I live in a country filled with bikes and I’m an active Mountainbiker, always trying to find ways to carry stuff while out exploring with my bike. (I have a Cannondale F700)

You make some very decent dog-bags and These are not too different in basic idea to what a bicycle bag can be.

Here’s some ideas:

I think the best would be to start with a rear carrier: make it a molle base that is shaped to fit over a standard bicycle carrier (this is where that stiffened base as per the tripod discussion comes in) make this like a “U” to fit on both sides of the rear wheel and on top of the carrier. To this molle-base the user can fit any and all EDC that he may like and it keeps the base-price low and the product easy to ship.

Here’s some pics to keep the creative juices going...(added a few motorcycle pics for the young at heart.)

No Andy. Most carriers have a frame support that are somewhat vertical from the wheel axle up to the carrier AND your molle will have a stiff backing (as per the camera tripod idea.)

I just figured that tool-roll would make a great top-tube pad/ tool carrier!
With some straps you could even make a handle-bar bag (roll) from it.
