We made adjustment on the size according to what @Dean Cattell offered. And about the buckle closure, the designer said the width of the pouch might be unsuitable for it and using small buckles will make this pouch not as durable as we want.

This is how the second prototype looks like, when inserting shorter stuffs like lights and knife, u can fold the bottom up to fit it.

When inserting things that are long enough like folding saw, it can fit quite well. The back of this pouch is around 9'', the pic below is a stick of more than 10'' and it can still fit well:

:LOL:awesome! Looking forward to it!
So I have been trying different saws in the sheaths and every one of them fit. In addition I have some fixed blade knives that do not have Molle on the sheath, but they will fit inside this sheath with no issues.
The sheath also holds the OneTigris waterproof capsule so if one wanted quick secure access this sheath answers the call.
Lastly, in other threads we had discussed a Molle sheath for smaller axes/ hatchets. If the bottom was cut out of this sheath is could very easily handle the axes/hatchets.
Very well made, and the roll up function on the bottom works well. I’ve found that you can get two rolls up that take you to the bottom of the Molle strap and it secures very tight.
I’ll post some pics when I’m done with all the different tools that could be carried with this sheath. It is awesome! @Rin @Andy Z.

Here are some pics of the variety of “tools” that will fit in the sheath with no modifications needed.

Here is a picture of the two hatchets in the sheath

The Velcro reaches and attaches.
Here is a pic of two other axes. 15 and 19 inch handles that could be carried if the sheath had an open bottom and the Velcro on the closure was a little longer.

Last pic of the two sheaths attaches to the side of the Clawhammer sling bag (thought @Sandspoor might like this one) I was worried that the width of the sheath with the tools inside might restrict attaching two sheaths on the same side but it works! If production goes ahead I would suggest calling this the OneTigris Folding saw Versa sheath. (Versa for versatility)

Woah! Looks pretty "Versa"! Did u try it in camping or bring it to any outdoor activity? Cuz we are worrying about whether the size of it would affect the performance when it attach to a bag or pack

Also did u try rolling up the bottom and carry sth shorter than a folding saw? How's that go?

Yep attached it to the Clawhammer slingpack amd it did not impact the carry at all. As you can see in the pic, one of the sheaths is rolled up. Everything stayed in place. I purposely used the sling pack as it is one of the shortest bags for attaching. Everything worked well.
