typed the wrong word. It's "unable" to attach it on 2 columns of MOLLE webbings.

Just want to make sure that the previous 1TG items such as the TQ holders and Shear holders center on the side of the new IFAK prototype. These items https://www.onetigris.com/tourniquet-emt-shear-holder.html and https://www.onetigris.com/catalog/product/view/id/32 . Having two columns is fine. There is items such as a Nitrile glove holder that uses two columns. More concerned about the row positioning for your items I linked to be centered.
Temporarily we don't have these 2 gear here. I will test them in these 2 days.

Two or four of these in the right spot maybe? @Andy Z.
I think I misunderstood yesterday. I thought you were talking about how many columns on its back. :ROFLMAO:

Just by looking at that back sample make sure all the rows of PALS webbing are 1" apart. Just by looking at that pic you can tell the 3rd row space after the two rows of webbing is off. Even measured it on screen and its not 1".
Yeah it's less than 1" for these 2 space.

I was thinking those as well but after some thought think they would interfere with ease of use when trying to pull the unit off. Also when the pack is full of items it warps and isn't completely flat. I could see trying to do those snap buttons up again a pain. Personally I think the issue is being over thought. Its a rip away.
You mean the snap buckles are not sturdy here when pulling the pouch off?

Once you get those pieces of gear in test them on the sides and see how they sit on the sides. It may be fine but best to check that and if its off on them just figure out where webbing best placed for centering the external items or even may go down to two rows of webbing. I have found with your tq and shear pouches and other brands 2 rows is really necessary but if those 3 rows work with the items centered then leave it be.

Yeah it's less than 1" for these 2 space.
If they are less than an inch the weaving doesn't work properly and that needs to be fixed and made to proper PALS/Molle parameters.

No, I am talking about when smaller rip away pouches such as this when filled with items doesn't maintain a perfectly flat back thus if there was snap buttons between it would be hard to do them up. I also feel that pulling the pouch off with those that that would be a weak point where it could start to rip and come apart over time and personally think its being over thought and is not needed it. It is a rip away pouch.

Any suggestions for this?
