No, lengthening the elastic strap along the up and down length of the cylinder so they don't clank together during motion of the wearer.

Good call on that. Having that would help and the height of the pocket itself would be good. I will check that out once I get it. I still want to check out the first version as well since it has merits that they are each separate. So we will see once I get them in hand and test them since I am not throwing the original design out to pasture just yet.

Alright so 1st version c02 pouch arrived and for the most part no issues just a couple tweaks on this style. As mentioned once the pals webbing is worked in and you tuck in the snaps underneath and snap them I had no issue attaching this to my vest properly and flat. If anything maybe just a tad bit extra material on the bottom two back snap straps to lengthen them by like 1cm to be honest but I was able to get them weaved and snapped properly. As for the pockets for the co2 cartridges it could be a bit tighter but when thinking about it shotgun shells are a bit thicker and this could do those as well. :) There was no clanging of the co2 cartriges and when the pouch is closed it was fine. I am actually pretty happy with this first version and really would need your insight if it is cheaper to do this with extra material to make loops out of the nylon or to have an open pocket with elastic loops. Also the only thing I could think of with open pocket is other items can go in it. I have done pictures of it attached and such along with a pic of it done up properly with no bulge. Again once webbing is used a bit on the rows they loosen up a bit and make it easier to tuck the snaps in and attach and do them up.

Outstanding, looks like they hit it out of the park on the first pitch! Nice Canada flag as well, is it non IR or off the shelf. I have been looking for some that size myself, not looking very hard but still on my wish list.

I use to work in a coin/stamp/military collectible store. They are the patches from the 90's that we use to wear on our od green combat uniform. I ended up sewing velcro onto them.

So to recap ideas:

1. The front velcro loop panel needs to be able to support 3x2 patches since it has the real estate.
2. Add 1cm to the bottom snap straps for the back
3. Havnt tested the new version with elastic loops but the first one works as well!

:)

The front flap will be cover with velcro material for patches
2. Add 1cm to the bottom snap straps for the back
We made two different back system for this pouch and they havent arrived in my hand yet. I will keep updating it in this thread until I get them.
