Based on the German SOF bag by Zentauron I sketched some designes for a fully opening fanny pack that is more accessible under stress than lets say the helikon Bandicoot but still looks low profile by utilizing the same opening mechanism as found in the 1TG Codesign Rip Away IFAK.
Of course pockets and pouches could be added on the inside or the back side of the bag, just as molle or anything else.
(Sorry for the shitty drawings. It´s improvized.)

should be able to run combat gauze, and a TQ in the fanny. Best to keep it looking less tactical as it’s for CCW. I think less is more in this case.

Yeah I think a TQ (especially the SOFTTW) and some ZFold Gauze should fit easily without being super bulky. And the outside should´t have any huge MOLLE etc on the front. The Helikon Bandicoot has a neat designed velcro panel which is very large but cut slanted so that it doesn´t scream "TACTICAL". maybe something to consider...

I'm getting lost in all these acronyms.

It doesn't even have to have velcro panel on front. Neat little "1TG" sewn patch is fine by me.

There's a plenthora of details I would incorporate in the design but I'm afraid it may become too complicated to manufacture.

Individual First Aid Kit - IFAK
Combat gauze or z fold - wound packing with quick clotting chemical
TQ - Torniquet

Hook panel on the front would be too much in my opinion also. The 1TG tag would be more than enough. Low vis is key.

We'll just see what Andy&TheCrew think about all of these. I'm fine with all three opening options as long al all other details are incorporated in design.
Actuall there is no many options for the opening. based the basic requests for this pouch, 2 zippers on the top should be the best I think.
