I used my backwoods bungalow 2.0 tent for the first time and the main loop that holds the tent up pulled out with little pressure. All the other loops held fine but this one pulled out very easily. I bought it about 2 months ago. Since it was the top loop the whole tent collapsed. Luckily I went to a campground for its maiden voyage and had a backup. If I was on the trail I would be screwed. I opened up a warranty claim. Does anyone know how good onetigris’s customer service is?

No worries. OneTigris has EXCELLENT customer service. Never had a bad experience with them. I have over 30 products from them. Even through these Covid times, they are timely in their responses.
