Considering the cost of creating mold, temporarily we won't do the placstic gear. /:launghing
So what I think is to make it mainly by nylon and some other material we have now.
Yeah I know. It was more for the example of how the items where held into it. I have already mentioned multiple times you where not in the polymer game.

The sample we talked last time was completed. Below is how it looks like
total-setup.jpg
This is the first way to fix the phone on it by securing 4 courners. It's sturdy.

It's also suitable for small size phone.

Second way to secure the phone. It' good but will affect how you use the phone. Personally I will prefer the first way.

What do you think about it?

Looks good, Is it capable of closing, or do we need to work out some ideas?
Yes it's able to close by adjusting the cord but I think it's not that convenient as you need to use 2 hands to close it. We are thinking to use velcro to make it can be closed and opened by one hand easily. Any suggestions for that?

We could use a buckle to close it. One on top, another sowed to the back bottom panel in the middle.Or add nylon straps with mesh net , and shock cord, then use zippers. Just a few ideas. Let me remind everyone my art skills are extremely rudimentary. I also intended the zipper to be an alternative to buckles, as using both would be redundant.

I am wondering why you add the zipper? Since the buckles can close it, also, what about using velcro instead of buckles? Maybe velcro is easier to close and open? If you have different opinion pls tell me.
